Re: help.I can not uninstall mathplayer If you're on windows 10 do the following.First, go into your start menu and navigate down to the n section.Then, expand the NVDA folder and choose the "Explore NVDA user configuration directory" option.Then, go to addons and delete the mathplayer folder. You may need to restart NVDA for this to take effect. I hope this helps. help.I can not uninstall mathplayer I'm using nvda with windows10-20h2I was installed the mathplayer in order to read math-nlBut I won't need it, when i try to uninstall it, it says uninstall failedThe largest problem is my NVDA can not read any web content, include firefox, google chrome, and any menu include tool bar, many edit, the only way to restory funtion is reinstall mathplayer.in the web content, NVDA just says unknownI was google searching for help, someone have a post in github for NV access, says the problem file is mathplayer.dll, rename or delete mathplayer.dll will cause the problem, it is true. i can not rename it or delete it, or the problem on my machine again.the post didn't give a way to fix the problem, so my friend told me to use dism, revo-uninstaller, and SFC, or come repair tools in the NVDA menu, but no better. I used dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealthdism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthsfc /scannowas i said, no better,, can not uninstall mathplayer using it's uninstall000, or it will faiel.
