You propose a solution that will allow you to dodge HEPs, jump through portals while you also have an idea of how much momentum you have left, find the moving platforms, know where you can and cannot portal, trace the lines on the floor so you know which button goes to which door or which two buttons go together.You think modders will help you? You'll just get laughed off wherever you find them. Or one of them might try because they pity the poor blindie, but then realize what a monumental task they've undertaken and ghost you in short order. Portal is havelly based around physicks and puzles.I know everything there is when it comes to Portal. OCR works in the menus, but gameplay wise it's not playeble, not yet hopefully.
