pokemon blue accessible?

I don't know if this is the right forum. If not, feel free to remove it in the right place.
In the last time, I'm playing the accessible made pokemon crystal and it's so exciting.
In earlier times, I often listened to a person which played the blue edition.
Now my question:
Do you think someone could make this version accessible, too? That would be my dream to play this version.
