Yeah, it's a damn shame this one wasn't seen through to the end, but life is tough you know? To give credit where credit is due though, the fact that it got as far as it did with all of the personal issues Daigonite had to face at the time is pretty impressive to say the least. Still, I'd have loved to see the completed version, so much potential for uniqueness with the storyline and all that.

So I heard about this on voreil, and haven't gotten around to giving it a shot. I play a hellmoo-bassed game called inferno, and it's got a lot of cool new changes. Does this one offer anything different? Give me cars, and hand to hand fighting styles, and I'm yours!

@joshknnd1982Cool ideas! I'm a huge dragonball fan, so yeah I think that'd make for an awsom game. I always tell myself that I'm gonna try to learn to code so that I can atempt to create a dbz sidescroller, but haven't gotten to that yet lol.Anyway, that's off topic, this SW game is a lot of fun. I'd like to see combos added for the enemy, so you'd hear a battle cry or something and the aponent would perform a couple of very quick consecutive attacks that you'd have to block. Maybe some kind of parry system could be implimented as well, so you could match the timing of an attack, parry it, and reverse with some kind of special manuver. Also, maybe the enemy could jump into the air, leaving him volnerable for a split second in which you could perform a key input that would stop this particular attack, but if he jumps over you and manages to get behind you there's a chance he could stab you in the back and end the match. Of course these are just some ideas, and I have no idea what could or couldn't work when coding a game, but there you go!

And then the battle tent ruins later... tough stuff, or so it seems, getting through dungeons isn't really my forte, but I'd like to at least have some idea of what to try before activating walk through walls and trying every path.

I'm having way too much fun with this game. Just played a martial arts-obsessed cop who decided to retire and start his own dojo. durring one of his training sessions, he just casually kills one of his students and shouts, "kung fu!" and then all the other students raise their fists and repeat it lol. Then later, he randomly decided to use water magic, but found that he liked his old way of fighting better.

Just tried to have a starwars adventure, but uh... it didn't really pan out. I was starting out as a jedi who survived order 66, and managed to sneak aboard a shuttle headed for the outer rim. But the game got stuck in a loop, and I ended up having sex with a hot blond and decapitating myself out of frustration lol.

So when I last tried this mud, I remember the combat messages being very nondescript. I think that's what turned me off from playing, has this changed, or is there a way to change it? I'd like to see that I'm attacking with a bow, or unarmed attacks, for instance.

Making some progress with this game, and wow is it awesome! Playing some of the tracks in arcade mode, and some of those rhythms man, just crazy. I still haven't gotten the hang of stearing, I always seem to take damage when I try it.
