Still can't report on this as the dealer had "sent back" the DAC to Chord as they had no interest in the Chord gear they had in stock. So - did listen to a Cyrus DAC-X and I won't be buying one. Not suprising as I listened to their CD8X CD player with the PSX-R psu and that went back to the dealer as I couln't live with it.
