[authors] PING Iain: Working with Tables has been reviewed
Iain, I added some new sections and moved some others around. One screenshot is needed, to match the others in the chapter. If you turn Show Changes on, the deletions in the file look worse than they are, because I moved a lot of paragraphs without otherwise changing them much. Too late, I realised I should have done the moving with Record Changes turned off, and then turned it on again for the actual editing and the new stuff I put in. I think this is getting close to being publishable, so I hope you can look at it soon and we can finish it up. Thanks to you and John for carrying on when Magnus couldn't continue.
