Autoconf 2.59 was originally released on 2003-11-12; see <http://mail.gnu.org/archive/html/autotools-announce/2003-11/msg00003.html>. Unfortunately it wasn't copied to ftp.gnu.org until today due to problems that we had with the new ftp.gnu.org upload procedures. Sorry about the delay.
