I have installed the entire FRx component from the

9:22 am (PST) Change the allowEdit property of the field on the form
data source node to No. This will disable the field everywhere it's
being used on the form. To disable the field on all user interface in
the application you should set the AllowEdit property of the field on
the TABLE to No.

There is also a feature in the application to find this.

From customer table select function/open transaction editing. Place
cursor on the transaction in question and press inquiries/specification
- here you can see, which other transaction this one is marked against.

As far as i understand that open transation has been marked by an other
transaction or if not a forecasted transaction like sales order. You can
trace it by having that transactions recid(custtrans) and searching it
on custtransopen refrecid. Then by having that open transactions recid
you can find the transaction on spectrans refid. The table num gives you
the table which that table is attached. And the attached transactions
specrecid's are equal.

To talk about this further, such a thing is not needed, as the User
Accounts are only aliases, as Active Directory manages the users, and
therefore AD manages the passwords, etc. To conclude there is no need to
perform this anymore, because you have to log into DAX 4.0 with a AD
Domain Account.

Subject: [Axapta-Knowledge-Village] AssetBook and AssetTrans

Hi,

I want to know more about these two tables: AssetBook and AssetTrans.

I know that AssetTrans contains all the transactions of fix assets, but
how is it related to AssetBook? I noted that not all transactions that
exist in TransTable are in the assetBook table? so what data actually
is stored in the AssetBook?and when this table is updated?

thanks,
