Roiz should be recorded with (z) even if it looks like an s, it's really a stylized z. It looks good to me with some minor exceptions. On 23 Nov 1596 Domingos Jorge married Agada Rois. Domnigos parents Jorge Alves? and Felipa Gtz? Agada's parents Felipo Rois and Francisca Pires? I think it states they are living in this Villa.
