[AZORES-Genealogy] Off Topic: Computer Screen Recorder for PC

I'm trying to make an instructional video about FTDNA. I need a software
that can record me moving my mouse around on my computer screen.

I'm on a 4 month old PC, running Windows 10. There's a built in recorder
(for gamers really). I hold the Windows key and press G and it opens. Then
I press record. That would be fine and wonderful, but when I play it back
it looks like waves of water wash over it. It goes in and out of focus. I'm
guessing it's recording the refresh rate of the screen resolution.

I don't know if the priest was just being decorative or if the character he 
used was a special form of "s" where he wrote "sete" and "seis".  There's a 
character used in archaic English (the "long s") but I don't know about 
Portuguese-- and especially the way it's doubled at the beginning of the 
word... leaning toward decorative, but would be delighted if someone in the 
group could shed some light.

I found records in Ginetes for people who lived in Sete Cidades as well. 
Seems like Ginetes was a central location for that area.
