the handwriting and fading of the Bretanha registers make for lots of eye
strain! The fathers of both my parents came from there so I research those
books a lot. Let me see if I can help.
To me, it looks like your baptismal date is correct but I can’t make out
the birth — could be the 8th or 28th of May (best guess). Augusto also
appears to be the 2nd of that name in the family. The father’s name is
Manuel de __ Miranda and the mother is Maria Candida. There is a group
of Viveiros Mirandas in Bretanha and one of my lines intersects with them
but I don’t have a lot in my tree just yet. And I can’t make out the
Godparents’ last name either but I might lean toward Carvalho on that one.
I hope I helped a little. I’m sure someone else with chime in with what
they see.

Need help with this baptismal record for Augusto ( I believe and hope it's
for Augusto Carvalho).
It looks like he was baptised on 22 June 1900, but I'm having difficulty
with his DOB.
Appears his fathers first name is Manuel..surname difficult to decipher. It
appears Maria is his mother but what name appears after Maria ??.
The godfather's name appears to be Antonio Jose - surname illegible. The
godmother appears to be Maria Jose
