Hi Eliseu,

 

I descend twice from them. Through their son Rafael Moreira who married in Rabo 
de Peixe on 26 dec 1666 to Maria Pacheco, and through their daughter Maria 
Moreira who married in Rabo de Peixe on 30 jun 1654 to Manuel de Sousa Cardoso.

 

Manuel Vaz Norte died in Rabo de Peixe on 24 oct 1670, and his wife Maria 
Moreira also died in Rabo de Peixe on 27 feb 1675.

I descend twice from them. Through their son Rafael Moreira who married in 
Rabo de Peixe on 26 dec 1666 to Maria Pacheco, and through their daughter 
Maria Moreira who married in Rabo de Peixe on 30 jun 1654 to Manuel de 
Sousa Cardoso.

Manuel Vaz Norte died in Rabo de Peixe on 24 oct 1670, and his wife Maria 
Moreira also died in Rabo de Peixe on 27 feb 1675.

This Manuel Tavares de Melo is a mistery! There are a loto f people with the 
same name, so… One of them, mine, looks like have been married 5 times. One of 
the wives is not known… this is why I need to investigate all of the Manuel 
Tavares de Melo I may find…

Thank you for posting Manuel Tavares information.  This is also my direct
line through Manuel Tavares married to Maria de Bettencourt in Fenais da
Ajuda Oct 12 1702, through their daughter Maria Bettencourt married to
Manuel Moniz Moreira Norte June 7 1731 in Fenais da Ajuda.
