GedMatch is a 3rd Party tool with a lot of advanced features. Only those
who chose to upload there can be found. So it's not the same as testing
with the company where you will be compared with everyone in the database
and your matches revealed. If company A, B, and C each have 1,000,000 (so 3
million total), maybe there's 400,000 on Gedmatch. It's not the same
numbers.

I have done  23 & me.   I probably should do the ftdna so I'm on the same
page as everyone else.  That would be awesome to have your Ancestry tree.
I sent Jeremy a pdf copy of my tree from my great grandpa Pedro Silveira
Faustino.  I can send one to you too.

Pedro married Maria Victorina de Bettencourt in Salinas, Monterey, CA  on
10 Aug 1896.  They had a bunch of kids, but my grandmother Cecilia Louise
Foster was born 2 Oct 1908 in Castroville, Monterey, CA.   She had my dad
Charles N. Brill who was born on 17 Feb 1930, died 6 Dec 1986 in
Foresthill, Placer, CA.   My dad had me.  :)I think we are probably
first cousins but I don't know how far back.

I always love meeting new cousins!
