In my opinion, you are the expert. You have been through and exhausted the records, so you are in position to see if errors were made by the priests. Verify if there is marriage for Jose Medeiros and Anna de Jesus. Are they same people as Jose Oliveira and Joana Emilia, in the sense that wrong grandparents were named and they meant the latter?
