[backstage] Hello... And who knows what's on TV tonight?

Title: Hello... And who knows what's on TV tonight?

Hi all,

I feel a bit like the strange kid who joins the class half way through the year :-) As you know Ian and I are now at the helm of the good ship backstage, and we've got some pretty cool ideas (well we think they're cool but it's amazing what you can convince yourself of over a super large starbucks and a cup cake made entirely out of sugar but I digress).

In the next week or so we're going to be launching another rather cool competition with some pretty funky prizes (if we can persuade the relevant manufactures to part with them early).

But before we launch the comp we thought we'd post a couple of the api's that may be of use the first is one you've all seen before - the BBC Web API to our programme data

http://www0.rdthdo.bbc.co.uk/services/index.html

It's a nice way to consume the TV Anytime data and do some cool mash ups with it.

The second api Ian will tell you all about - but it's new and you've not seen it before so stand by your beds.

On a more personal note I must point out that you should ignore my personal site and blog they're both rather naff at the moment - no excuses past an argument with my hosting company and trying to move everything - which means I can't access it! But more news on my motorbike blog again soon. If you're interested in what I do outside of work check out http://londonbikers.com

Cool, I'm hoping the new APIs are going to include radio programme track
listings!?

Got any Indians on Londonbikers.com?

Keith
