Mark, It looks like your setting for $Conf{CgiImageDirURL} is wrong. Your html has hrefs like this: href="/var/www/htdocs/BackupPC/image/favicon.ico $Conf{CgiImageDirURL} should be set to the URL (eg: "/BackupPC/image"), not the absolute file system path.
