Hi,
In my earlier 150 KS, this was one among its characters. I kick it first
slowly without force then try to start in the second kick. It worked. Now
in my 180 ES I've kicked it only 4 times till date at 4 different times
ofcource couldn't start even once. I'm not advocating to use ES always but
i'm doing it.

My classic does that Reddy suggested as CDI probably check battery too
once I got new battery.. the back kicks got milder :)
