There's no need for manipulating device trees and rebooting, when doing ADC sampling by libpruio. All configuration can be done in the source from user space. Ie check out the example rb_file <http://users.freebasic-portal.de/tjf/Projekte/libpruio/doc/html/ChaExamples.html#sSecExaRbFile> .
