We have a doggie bakery here in town, Bone Appetit! They make a few different flavored doggie bone shaped cakes, garlic & chicken, peanut butter carob, banana something... Anyway the kids usually get a cake from there every year. They write the doggies name & age on if you want & there is a candle. It is topped off with this big dog cookie bone that the writing goes on. It is just too cute. I have photos of them w/their cakes.
