Java lead with GWT for NYC -Direct client need

We had a call with the manager who is hiring for this role in NYC

 

LOCALS ONLY AS ONSITE IS A MUST

 

JAVA LEAD WITH GWT EXPERIENCE. 

 

Client is looking for someone who is senior developer with Team Lead
experience. The person will be leading a 3 member team in offshore so must
have offshore onsite experience

 

The role requires strong Server side Java development experience with spring
and Hibernate, must have worked on UNIX/Linux, must know shell/python
scripting and MQ messaging. The person will need to have some database
experience preferably on DB2. They need to have UI development skills
preferably on GWT but will look at other similar technology experience. 

 

Need people with 10 Plus years of experience.

 

Rate: $650/day corp 2 corp or $560/day on W2 all inclusive.

Description

Loan IQ Developer 

This position, in the Global Banking Technology group. Will focus on
integrating Misys Loan IQ with the Lending platform applications. 

The integration developer will implement integrations between Loan IQ and
the Firms proprietary technologies, writing and maintaining code in Java and
Javascript and making use of Loan IQs API and SDK. The successful candidate
will have expertise in Loan IQ and experience in a software development
role, and be able to create batch and real time functionality in and around
Loan IQ.


Skills Required:
Excellent knowledge of the Misys Loan IQ Batch Execution Framework
Expertise in development with Misys Loan IQ APIs
Expertise in underlying Misys Loan IQ data model and components
Expertise in Loan IQ table maintenance
Good SQL skills
Good core Java skills
Working knowledge of DB2 on Linux
Working knowledge of Red Hat Linux/Windows 
Working knowledge of MQ Series 
Ability to troubleshoot / follow a methodical approach to problem resolution

A sound knowledge of loan transactions and processing, including P/L events
and fees
Experience of Event Manager configuration and setup
Experience of working with data feeds and interfaces from Loan IQ
Interpersonal skills + good verbal & written skills required to interact
with global teams
Strong analytical and organizational skills
