This is almost certainly part of the registration information for the
.net domain. Check the records at your registrar.

SOA points correctly to the DNS provider (zoneedit).. there is no mention of 
that 216 address anywhere in the registrar :(

You misunderstood my suggestion. Go log into your account at the
registrar, and fix the glue records there. WBrown's message verified my
theory.
