Re: [Bioc-devel] Quick question about landing page
Hi Boyu, sparseDOSSA was added yesterday to svn and to the build system: hpages@latitude:~/svn/bioconductor/Rpacks$ svn log bioc_3.5.manifest -r 125047 r125047 | mtmor...@fhcrc.org | 2016-12-12 14:17:22 -0800 (Mon, 12 Dec 2016) | 2 lines Adding chimeraviz, RnaSeqGeneEdgeRQL, gcapc, BUMHMM, sparseDOSSA, clusterSeq, ramwas This was at 22h17 UTC. It was actually about 2 min after the builds start. See the Snapshot Date at the top of today's build report: https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.5/bioc-LATEST/ That's why it's not part of the build report today. It will show up in tomorrow's report if everything goes as expected. Then the landing page will get automatically generated. Cheers, H. The package needs to build successfully during a nightly build. From here http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.5/bioc-LATEST/ at the top left you can see the 'snapshot date' which the current nightly build is based on -- 2016-12-12 17:15:13. Your package was added with this svn commit r125047 | mtmor...@fhcrc.org | 2016-12-12 17:17:22 -0500 (Mon, 12 Dec 2016) | 2 lines Adding chimeraviz, RnaSeqGeneEdgeRQL, gcapc, BUMHMM, sparseDOSSA, clusterSeq, ramwas so 2 minutes late!
