Uh, what does it ask? Video intercept can be found under the utilities menu in jaws. Should be able to give you some helpful information. This sounds like it might be a video problem, in which case re-installation probably won't help. If you can get someone to look at your screen and see if something is wonky--font or text size for examples. Maybe check your video intercept to see if it is working properly.
