[BlindHandyMan] Covering a window AC with a trash bag
How do you go about covering a window ac with a trash bag? Can I use masking tape or do I need to get some duct tape? I seem to have accidentally misplaced the cover that came with it and it is easier if I can leave it in the window. Thanks for your help. Vicki

I use to use bungy cords and tape. to hold the plastic on the A C. Masking tape might work, but I would suggest mulital layers. Duct tape would work a lot better.. I would suggest covering the inside also. There are lots of cracks for cold air to go through.
