Deleted your message and don't know if you are asking about outlook Express or Outlook. If it is O E, try this, Go to the desktop and highlight the icon. Hit the content key and enter on properties and tab to the normal min, and max combo box and pick Max and enter on OK. I think that is what I did a while back. RJ
