Logs are available in menu Window -> Logs

On Sierra there are many apps that have problems with TLS because OSX dropped 
support for some Certificate Authorities that signed certs. This is not a 
problem of the software but of the server side that provides the service.

In this case I suspect is the same but until you paste the low level logs I 
cannot be 100% sure.

While they may not (directly), dropping them in place made it go away 
immediately on 2 Sierra Macs where it ran with the SSL error.

How do you enable logging?

Those two files have nothing to do with SSL, those file fixed Blink from 
crashing on Sierra.

You are talking about another issue here, can you paste some logs or something 
meaningful about your problem?

Yes it did. We updated the key to 4096 bit RSA as the old one (1024 bit DSA)
