Discuss & further steps: Conflict of interest policy for the board as part of the Rules of Procedures (legal subgroup, all 45min) Rationale: Discussing and understanding a version of the policy that is currently in discussion, defining how to ask legal advice on it Reason why in private: preliminary wordings of an edited legal text for rules of procedure, before legal advice on that edited version 3.
