SourceForge has a Tasks list feature which is now enabled for Boost. See the "Tasks" entry on the top toolbar at http://sourceforge.net/projects/boost/

If you click "Tasks", that should take you to a page listing sub-projects. There is currently only one sub-project, titled "1.31.0 Release Preparation".

If you click on that sub-project, you should be able to see (at least) two tasks, and be able to browse their details.

The plan is to use this feature to actively manage the preparation for release 1.31.0.

IIUC, anyone should be able to view the list, but only Boost developers can add to it or modify it.

I've tried to set all developers permissions to be able to add/modify tasks, but if someone has been missed please let one of the moderators know. There are also several Boosters who actively help with bug reports, patches, and the like who may need to be added so they can help with tasks management. Again, please let a moderator know.

Boost developers should add tasks for themselves if they want other Boosters, including the release manager, to know that a task needs to be complete before the release. But only release managers or moderators should add tasks that others have to complete. A task list isn't wish list of things you would like to see someone else do; rather it is a list of specific tasks that a release manager, Boost moderator, or a library's developers view as a precondition for release.
