Re: At startup brewtus III-R pressure increases uncontrolled until up to temp...
Thanks Steve, the stat was new but has needed adjustment twice now. I'm living with it for now but need some new gaskets, so I'll order another soon. Re: At startup brewtus III-R pressure increases uncontrolled until up to temp...
Back to 6 bar. Will stay at 6 bar until I brew a shot, then needs to pressure relieved again after temperature? back to 92degC. Stays at 6 bar when pump senses low pressure (low level?) runs and is fine again. Put a New PID in before, and a pressure stat can't recall if problems were son after or not... have Lyme disease so anything possible... Brewtus II pressurestat
Guess it's that time again! I bought a Jaeger in April 2015, and have occasionally had it over pressure and blow the relief valve. Now it is becoming more regular. It doesn't appear there has been any raving reviews of the Jaeger, with many early failures, and I am wondering if anyone has found a better unit to go with now? Ben, what has your experience been the Mater? Thanks for any input! -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Brewtus" group.
