Weekly Chat Reminder
The Brin-L weekly chat has been a list tradition for over nine years. Way back on 27 May, 1998, Marco Maisenhelder first set up a chatroom for the list, and on the next day, he established a weekly chat time. We've been through several servers, chat technologies, and even casts of regulars over the years, but the chat goes on... and we want more recruits! Whether you're an active poster or a lurker, whether you've been a member of the list from the beginning or just joined today, we would really like for you to join us. We have less politics, more Uplift talk, and more light-hearted discussion. We're non-fattening and 100% environmentally friendly... -(_() Though sometimes marshmallows do get thrown. The Weekly Brin-L chat is scheduled for Wednesday 3 PM Eastern/2 PM Central time in the US, or 7 PM Greenwich time. There's usually somebody there to talk to for at least eight hours after the start time. If no-one is there when you arrive just wait around a while for the next person to show up! If you want to attend, it's really easy now. All you have to do is send your web browser to: http://wtgab.demon.co.uk/~brinl/mud/ ..And you can connect directly from the NEW new web interface! -- William T Goodall Mail : [EMAIL PROTECTED] Web : http://www.wtgab.demon.co.uk Blog : http://radio.weblogs.com/0111221/ This message was sent automatically using launchd. But even if WTG is away on holiday, at least it shows the server is still up. ___ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
Anonymous Song
This is great. A treat for fans of Portal and enemies of the COS alike. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYKApdn1e7o This was a triumph. I'm making a note here: HUGE SUCCESS. It's hard to overstate Our satisfaction. Anonymous legion We do what we must Because we can. For the good of all of us. Especially those who are dead. We'll just keep on pushing Till you make a mistake. And we'll keep on trying 'till we run out of cake. And the protests are win. Revolution will begin For the people who are still inside. We're not even angry. We're being so sincere right now. Even though you broke their minds. And killed them. You tore them to peices. And you made them all walk through a fire. Your betrayal hurts becuase They were so happy with you! Now our signs and people Make a beautiful line. And we're out of Intarbwebs. Protesting in time. So the ones who got out. Will be waiting, Without doubt For the people who are Still inside. We know they will leave you. Don't think they will choose to stay inside. Maybe you'll find someone else to help you. Maybe Ron Hubbard... THAT WAS A JOKE, HA HA, FAT CHANCE. Anyway this cake is great. It's so delicious and moist. Look at me still talking when there's Protests to do When we look in there It makes us angry at you There's education just begun There is protest to be done! For the people who are Still inside. And believe us they are still inside. Because they're told to they are still inside. While we're protesting they'll be still inside. And when we're finished they'll all be outside But remember they are still inside Still Inside Still Inside March 15 2008 Operation Party Hard At a COS org near you. Mormonism came into existence in 1839, so if the movie was set before that time period, no. -- \/\/ ___ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
