2010-01-11 Thread Jon Louis Mann
I am in NYC visiting a friend who survived 9/11 and she shared this with me
about her survivor group.
Dear Sylvia, In partnership with StoryCorps, the National September 11
Memorial & Museum is pleased to host new opportunities in the New York area for
victims’ family members, first responders, volunteers, survivors, and witnesses
of the 9/11 attacks to share their stories with the Memorial Museum. We will be
hosting dedicated September 11thInitiative days to record remembrances and
narratives at the Foley Square StoryBooth. These stories will play a vital role
in the Museum’s exhibitions and programming, enabling us to present authentic
accounts of 9/11 and its aftermath. Our next StoryBooth day will be held
on Wednesday, January 27th. We still have appointments available and encourage
you to please emailcollecti...@sept11mm.org or call 212-312-8797 to schedule
your interview today. Additional StoryBooth days will be held at Foley
Square on the second Friday of each month. Reservations are required. If you are
not able to share your
story at this time, please email collecti...@sept11mm.org or
call 212.312.8797, and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
