Well, not *entirely* smoothly; I've been having more contractions than I'd like to at this point, and my mom is coming to help out for awhile as a result (so's I can rest more), and I just found out that I'm somewhat anemic and my doc wants me to take iron twice a day (but the glucose tolerance test results were good, which is more important, gestational diabetes being less easy to take care of than simple anemia), and my skin itches a lot, and I have no idea what comfortable means anymore, but other than that, everything's good. :) At least as far as the pregnancy goes.
