Needless to say but I am all in.

I can remember a priority board we created before last GSoC on Github.
We can update that to meet our new needs (if any).
Another thing, we need to have is the documentation of existing code.
And to get it live somewhere.

Let's talk more about it in detail using Github issues/board.

Hi,
I have been able to work on OGV from quite a long time now but would
like to and have resumed working on it a little bit from past week or
so. I am trying to get into the habit of at least one small
improvement every day (takes ~30 minutes of my time). Let me know who
would like to join the forces.


The first thing I am working on is updating outdated packages and
merging existing work.
