[BRLTTY] got an otg cable and connected my apex to my tablet, with the following errors
Hi all: Just got an otg cable, and connected my voicenote apex to my tablet. I'm getting the following errors: detected problems with app native libraries please consult log for detail: libbrltty_core.so: text relocations libbrltty_jni.so: text locations I know that the apex is a cavenote, however surely there's a way to configure it? I attempted to configure it by serial but no luck. ___ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list. This apparently has all the libraries and such you need. Then probably it is a matter of pointing brltty's configure to the proper paths & compilers etc. We have never done this for windows so you're a bit on your own on this one :) We however are used to cross-compiling for MS-DOS, so you could find useful guidelines in Documents/README.DOS' "Building BRLTTY" section. It is possible to install a cross-build toolchain, but unless your Linux distribution provides it already, it's very hairy to setup. Samuel ___ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list. I've never built windows software on Linux. I don't know. I myself use a Windows VM to build it. The Windows/ subdirectory of brltty's source tree has a mkwin script that does all the right things. -- I believe the Bible to be the very Word of God: http://Mielke.cc/bible/ Dave Mielke | 2213 Fox Crescent | WebHome: http://Mielke.cc/ EMail: d...@mielke.cc | Ottawa, Ontario | Twitter: @Dave_Mielke Phone: 1-613-726-0014 | Canada K2A 1H7 | ___ This message was sent via the BRLTTY mailing list.
