Det er nok en maltekstrakt som er en ”medium” farve, altså EBC 20.
Reelt kan du nok bruge enhver lys malt-ekstrakt, men pas på at du ikke får fat
i en som er humlet allerede.
Jeg ville nok bare bruge spraymalt, som du jo lettere kan veje af uden at
skulle åbne dåser mm.

Jeg har fundet en opskrift på en Mørk stærk belgisk ale, hvor der skal bruges
200 g Liquid Medium Extract, som skulle have 20 i EBC.
Hvad er Liquid medium Extract, og hvor kan det evt. købes?
Eller kan det erstattes med noget andet?
