I have a file that uses a location expression in DW_AT_byte_size.
objdump printed this:

However, for other location expressions, it disassembles:

by treating the `4b` as `8b`.

The former one is not valid and should be rejected.

  The issue was that the code that loaded the relocs assumed that a symbol

Stop objdump from attempting to allocate a huge chunk of memory when
parsing relocs in a corrupt file.
