Unfortunately you have not provided enough information for us to help you. You didn't indicate what program you used, how you used it, what result you expected, or what result you got. You mention a programme without identifying it, so I am somewhat at a loss to understand what problem you are describing. Please try to be more specific when asking for help. At this stage my best guess is that you have configured your system for the UTF-8 character set, but your filename is actually in ISO-8859-1 or a related character set.
