The add-ons are not outdated, the author use different titles on
addons.mozilla.org compared with installed add-on titles. I contacted
the author and asked him to use the same titles on both places.

do not have any links at all on my about:home - just an icecat logo and

works fine. I do not experience this bug in Icecat 52.0.2.

Re: [Bug-gnuzilla] IceCatMobile Images Fail to Load Correctly

Is this issue still present in the F-Droid build of IceCatMobile 52.4.1?

Hello,

I have been using IceCatMobile for several months now and browse a lot
of image hosting sites. Sometimes, when I open a direct link to an
image, IceCatMobile will either load the image zoomed in or it will
not display the image at all (usually looks like a blank screen with a
tiny white square in the middle). A quick refresh of the page will
usually fix this issue and allow me to view the image.

I am running a Sony Xperia Z5 Compact with Android 7.0 (it was also
happening on Android 6.0.1 before I upgraded) and IceCatMobile 45.7.0.
For Add-ons I have HTTPS Everywhere, uBlock Origin, Smart Referer, and
usi installed. I have Spyblock disabled. IceCat was installed via F-Droid.

Please let me know if I can be of assistance in troubleshooting this bug.

Thank you,
Stephen K

mozilla's page, which is clearly wrong, mozilla is not distributing
sources that include the icecat logo and name.

The gnu icecat page says releases are at
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/gnuzilla/, but there are only x86 architecture
releases, and doesn't mention "icecatmobile" anywhere.

Can you ask Ruben where it is?

There are multiple issues, the biggest being that we have icecatmobile
with no source code available to download (i assume it's available
somewhere, just undocumented).

Please also ask him for this link.

I can't use it at all. It's a pity, since it's my only browser installed.
My smartphone is a Sony Xperia M2 (D2303) running Android 4.4.4 on
stock rom, never rooted nor unlocked.

As soon as I launch it from its icon on the home, or it is recalled by
any link or app, it immediately crashes.

Message appears: "IceCatMobile stopped working" before any window opens.

Trying to revert to previous version by means of F-Droid proved
impossible as it always fails installing it. :-(

I tried emptying the cache, both from
Settings>Applications>IceCatMobile>Delete Cache, or using Cache
Cleaner, and wiping cache partition.
I also tried stopping almost every other services and apps, but
nothing changes.
I have a lot of free space (more than 2 GB) on both internal and
external memory.

Oh, IceCatMobile was and is installed on the SD like every other apps
I have which offered this opportunity to be moved there.

On my other devices running Android 4.4.4 (anorher identical Xperia,
and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 and a 3), I preferred not to update it yet,
waiting for a solution from the Community for this bug.

Thank you all for helping

However, the policy of the page is to include only official releases
explained in

If I change the policy to include unofficial releases, then I have to
