I hadn’t noticed this bug report, but it’s now fixed with commit
24a4a635fd76a91463c75cfe615929ec482cc2f6.

Before this bug was created, Ricardo discussed it on #guix and wrote a
patch:

The patch is no longer online but basically was about building eudev
with --binder set to $out/bin
