I meant between 3.99.92 and 3.99.93; this was a note to translators that
there were no new changes since the last release candidate.  I guess
that wasn't very clear, sorry.

Hm.  That doesn't seem right.  The "***" should still be there, I
thought.  I'll take a look at that.

(Not a problem, of course, but wasn't sure which version your comment
assumes is the basis for comparison.)

PS: i like that the line number is now shown!

GNU make 3.99.93 release candidate is available

Hi all.  The fourth release candidate, 3.99.93, for the next version of
GNU make is now available on alpha:

There are a number of bug fixes since the last RC.  Barring terrible
bugs this will be the final release candidate for the next release of
GNU make.  Please test and verify.

Note, no changes to translatable strings were introduced in this
release.
