Indeed this was a real problem: all files appeared as directories and I
fixed it. Thank you!
I couldn't made it crash but I tested after I did the fix.
Maybe it was because of this bug the crash happened or maybe my client
is different than yours? I tested with standard ftp client on a linux
machine.
