We have documented the differences in the 'texi2html' node of the
texinfo manual, hopefully we didn't miss anything.

There is another feature that has not been ported, namely the export to
mediawiki.  This could be ported, but the problem is on the format used
for import in mediaiki, the current format is rather bogus, for instance
the title is the file name which leads to numerous issues.  So, before
doing anything I'll wait for advice on the import format for mediawiki.

(We have had other discussions about math support, but nothing
simple/soon.)

we had some discussion in Debian to replace texi2html with texinfo's
makeinfo, but it turned out that makeinfo seems to be no replacement
by now:

One idea would be of course to allow for MathJax rendering. That should
be the easiest thing to set up, and would provide good results.
