[Bug 59829] Detect HTTPS marker from reverse proxy

2019-06-27 Thread bugzilla
https://bz.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=59829

--- Comment #23 from atten  ---
Tested on our acting reverse-proxy nginx, configured with this on the http
listener:
proxy_set_headerX-Forwarded-For $remote_addr;
proxy_set_headerHost $http_host;
proxy_set_headerX-Forwarded-Proto "http";

And this on the https listener:
proxy_set_headerX-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
proxy_set_headerHost $http_host;
proxy_set_headerX-Forwarded-Proto https;

yes, you ar right

Bug ID: 63530
   Summary: mutex creation of proxy-balancer-shm failed
   Product: Apache httpd-2
   Version: 2.4.39
  Hardware: PC
OS: Linux
Status: NEW
  Severity: normal
  Priority: P2
 Component: mod_slotmem_plain / mod_slotmem_shm
  Assignee: bugs@httpd.apache.org
  Reporter: tan...@i2cinc.com
  Target Milestone: ---

I have been trying to setup httpd 2.4.39 on linux for which it generates below
error:
Couldn't create the proxy-balancer-shm mutex.
I faced this issue in Solaris but was fixed using enable-posix-shm at configure
level but this solution doesn't seem working here.
There are around 500+ vhosts in this server, also there are 11 other apche on
this server working fine but this one is giving error
