Improve counterparty credit risk application platform efficiency through series of performance enhancements to the controller/scheduler application that leverage the grid computing framework. Expand technical skills of other junior team members through collaboration. *CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS* * *More than 8 years of architecting distributed systems using J2EE technologies for financial industry. - Intimate working knowledge of Weblogic and Spring. - Good knowledge of market data and trade data structures for atleast fixed income instruments. - Be the Subject Matter expert on J2EE for the whole team. - Good working knowledge of front end web technologies like AJAX and FLEX. - Device integration strategies for sharing quantitative libraries using SOA and J2EE. - Ability to produce detailed design documents for use by other team members who are working at a remote site. - Working knowledge of FIX protocol. - Prior experience of leading large scale projects in a financial industry setting. - Demonstrated ability of reducing costs through use of technology.
