Plans, executes and functionally directs important engineering assignments, which require independent judgment. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* 1) Collaborate and solve problems together with peer Scrum Masters and development teams, and be eager to share your expertise. 2) Guide up to two teams through the scrum process, developing and maintaining an Agile mindset 3) Coach the teams to adopt and comply with Scrum framework/rules 4) Facilitate scrum team trust, transparency, introspection, and optimization. 5) Lead daily scrum, sprint retrospectives, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement.
