Requisition Details:
Overview:
- Looking for Testers at onsite US to handle project and
should have worked in onsite offshore model with extensive client
handling experience in mobility testing with Android/iOS with automation
using Monkey talk, Selenium. Should be able to support offshore team from
onsite in extended hours.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Minimum 5 + years of experience in Smart phone application testing
on Android and iOS platform
2. 2 -3 years of experience in automation tool like Monkey Talk or
Selenium and scripting language e.g Python
3. Experience in managing, delivering multiple projects and coordination
with multiple clients and all the stakeholders
4. Experience in defining realistic Test plan, Test
methodology\strategy, Requirement analysis and Efforts estimations for
large programs
5. Able to perform review for functional requirement, test cases and
defects with different teams and customers.
6. Coordination with customer and stakeholders for new program releases,
new testing approaches, process improvements, project and defect status
7. Candidate with engineering degree BE/BS/MS , experience on
engineering domain and modern Agile methodology would be preferred
8. Exposure to Continuous Integration, automation tools and practices
9. Ability to lead the Testing Center of Excellency at client side
10. Work with developers and program managers to ensure all functions of
application are correct. Report any defects. Update and create test cases
as needed
11. Detail oriented. Report testing metrics to test managers that
indicate status of testing, defects, and current quality of product
12. Experience working in Agile teams
13. Experience with Back and Gray-box testing
