*MA-Massachusetts/Boston Duration::: 6+ monthsMOI::: Phone then face to face * *Job Description::* *-Candidates MUST have WCAG experience.* *-Mid Level Front-End UX Developer* *Position Summary:: *• As a User Experience (UX) Developer, you be working directly with the Design, UX, and Strategy teams to translate their vision into production level code. • Proficiency in the core languages of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript are a must, while a strong understanding of performance optimization, SEO, and Web Accessibility (WCAG) are a plus. • Additionally, the UX Developer will assist in bridging the designer-developer gap by building prototypes and proofs of concepts. • This role allows you to be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations. • As part of the UX Front-End Development team you need to be able to think and speak the language of designers as well as have an aptitude for code beyond your average UI developer. Additional responsibilities of the UX Developer include • Collaborating with UX team members, product, business and technology partners and drawing inspiration from research, user goals and the world around you • Making informed decisions on visual style, quickly mocking up interactive prototypes, and being a part of the building process with production-level HTML, CSS + JS *Required Qualifications:: *• 5+ years of experience with web technologies and frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, Sass, Ajax, JavaScript, jQuery, EXT-JS) • 5 + years of experience completing rapid prototyping and delivering/supporting production-quality code.
