*Duration: Long Term* *REQUIRED:* · Program management with Java experience required. · Must have demonstrated capability in managing multi-task contracts and/or subcontracts of various types and complexity and generation of monthly cost/schedule progress reports. · Proficiency with MS-Project program scheduling/resource allocation planning tools is essential. · Strong business acumen coupled with mental aptitude and motivation to learn new functions and expand areas of expertise. · Ability to manage all major issues in primary practice areas with minimal supervision. · Must demonstrate initiative and advanced interpersonal skills in team problem solving situations, relationship building, and aligning with business goals. · Bachelor’s Degree in business, project management, related field or equivalent experience · Experience managing medium to large scale projects in a fast paced environment · Ability to manage stakeholders and hold them accountable for deliverables · Ability to facilitate meetings with multiple participants capturing all relevant information · PMP/PMI Certification preferred.
