OpenText – Invoice Management, Workflow and Maximo/SAP Interface.

For Financials / Logistics / Maximo Interface *



*1. ENTERPRISE SAP SYSTEM *

The Client Enterprise SAP System is composed of both SAP Financials and SAP
Human Capital Management applications, currently operating under Enterprise
Core Component (ECC) 6.0. The Financials modules include General Ledger,
Funds Management, Grants Management, Controlling, Accounts Payable,
Accounts Receivable, Inventory Management, Work Orders, Purchasing, Project
Systems, and Asset Management. The HCM modules include OM, PA, Benefits,
Time, Payroll, ESS, MSS, SuccessFactors LMS and EH&S. The Time module is
integrated with Kronos. The SAP System also includes Business
Warehouse/Business Objects, PI Java 7.4 on Net Weaver 7.4, and Portal.
Client SAP services multiple agencies that have approximately 17,000
employees.



*2. SCOPE OF WORK *



*Financials and Logistics *– SAP Financial module support, OpenText –
Invoice Management, Workflow and Maximo Interface.

The Client is seeking to augment the current Financials/Logistics team with
SAP consulting services to assist in maintenance support, project research,
configuration, design, build, testing and deployment within the Financials
and Logistics modules.

PROVIDER will augment the OWNER’s Financials and Logistics team with
consultant support that uses OWNER established protocols and procedures,
agreed upon periods for completion, and agreed upon design. A crucial goal
of the services contract is to provide the OWNER with the ability to become
increasingly self-sufficient.

Initial Period of Performance: estimated initial engagement hours used as
needed (start date of *November 28, 2016 through June 30, 2017 *with
options to renew for incremental periods as needed). Work to be performed
remotely as needed. No onsite work is required.



The ideal candidate would have the following Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

The candidate must have knowledge and experience in integration between
Maximo and SAP including the contracts, purchase orders, purchase
requisitions, material masters, goods receipts, invoices and journals
implemented at Client.

The candidate must have experience in integrating material from Maximo into
SAP (reverse integration) as well as integrating Purchase Requisitions from
Maximo into SAP in which an Info Record is also created as a secondary
record implemented at Client.

The candidate must have experience and knowledge of SAP pricing conditions
and sourcing using contracts, info records and source lists implemented at
Client.

The candidate must have experience in implementing OpenText VIM for a
decentralized government entity. Implementation for OpenText VIM to include
the use of fund and grant accounting and routing workflow via business area
restrictions implemented at Client.

The candidate must have a proven functional and technical background, with
at least two years’ experience in configuring and supporting functionality
within the SAP Financials and Logistics modules implemented at Client.

The candidate must have knowledge and experience configuration, upgrades
and production support for modules including Purchasing, Inventory,
Payables, Receivables, Work Orders, Grants Management, Funds Management,
General Ledger and Controlling modules implemented at Client.

Good communication skills (written and verbal)

Team player

Speak and write in English well

Ability to plan and organize work and responsibilities

Good facilitation skills



Professional services work to include:

Responding to SAP Financials and Maximo Interface questions via phone call
or email.

Other SAP Financials and Logistics related activities as required.
