Location: Washington, DC.

Duration: 10 Months

A consulting client of ours has a Salesforce practice and needs a 'lead'
level Salesforce.com resource to drive notable aspects of projects they
have in flight.  The hiring manager listed these items as key:



· 3-5 years’ experience leading Administration and Development for
Salesforce.com systems

· Excellent troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Detailed, organized, and results-oriented

· Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure

· Prior experience will SalesForce.com required

· 5+ years’ experience in the field of Business Systems and IT

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or
closely related field or equivalent experience

· 3+ years’ experience as a functional analyst implementing CRM
systems

· Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, high energy,
team-oriented environment.

· Willingness to travel



TARGET PROFILES(in order of desirability)

#1 - Salesforce.com resource with 1-2 gigs as overall Technical/Functional
lead (ideally on CRM)



SKILLS - CORE:

· Salesforce.com

· CRM Projects -- Lead Roles

· Open to travel between locations if expenses paid? (yes/no)

· SKILLS - MAJORITY REQUIRED:

· CRM Projects -- Functional Roles

· CRM Projects -- Technical roles

· CRM Systems

· Requirements -- Gathering

· Salesforce.com -- Admin roles

· Salesforce.com -- Configuration Management Roles

· Salesforce.com -- Development Roles

· 1st Language English or equivalent (i.e. 7 years in US, AUS,
Singapore, Europe, etc.)
